What are requirements for ROSE procedure? Does insurance cover it?

I am 13 yrs post op rouen Y. 48 years old. Active. Initially lost 137lbs. About half my starting weight. Rebounded at 8 years out to 140 lbs at 5'6" In the last 6 months I have gained another 25pounds. Is ROSE procedure recommended or even an option? Is there a physician in NE/central MO who specializes in this?

Possible and probable are difficult things to discuss.  I would never say it's impossible for a young, very motivated person willing to lift weights 4-6d week or some for of strength training and add cardio exercising and careful structured eating to lose all of their excess weight....
