My skin doesn't exfoliate itself properly. It isn't sore or red, just dry and flaky. When I put my moisturizer on my skin flakes off in certain areas. My body is the same and I have to body brush to get rid of the dead skin. I have microdermabrasion once every 6weeks. It improves after, but only for about a week. Would a skin peel help or would another treatment be more beneficial? I don't get spots, don't have any pigmentation. Just want my skin to feel less grainy and not be constantly flaky. Thank you.
