Does hair loss from Lamictal stop?

Many people report hair loss induced by Lamictal (lamotrigine). Some people say that it stops, some people say it never stopped, some people say it grew back and some people say they never recovered their hair after. Will this medication cause permanent hair loss or is ir likely to come back?
