IPR or Extraction for Invisalign Treatment: Which is better? (Photo)

My ortho gave me 2 options to bring in my teeth with Invisalign: extractions or IPR. I was told that with IPR, because of my over jet, it will not really bring in my lips as my rotated tooth will need space to move. It will actually even add approximately a mm to my lip protrusion. As a conservative dentist, he did advise me to still do extractions of my bicuspids (top 4s and lower 5) to correct these issues. What is the most ideal route to take?
