Random nose swelling and redness episodes every single day at the same time 7 months after Rhinoplasty (no implants)

Question

Around 4 months after Rhinoplasty my nose started becoming swollen, red and pulsate every single night at 10pm, I don't sleep at that time. This has been going on for the past months and it doesn't seem to go away. My dermatologist said it might be Rosacea or maybe an Infection. I've been on meds for the past few weeks it doesn't seem to get better. I am getting paranoid that this constant swelling at 10pm which lasts for about 4 hours is going to ruin my nose tip results

Sometimes people can become sensitive to permanent suture material that is used during rhinoplasty surgery. When this happens, an area of red inflammation tends to lead to a suture Extrusion and the problem goes away.
