Solution to incompetent lip, mouth breathing and implant removal? (photos)

Short upper lip Mouth breathing since childhood Strained mentalis muscle 6 years of braces which had to stop due reduction in root lenght upper central incisors(wrong tongue posture pushing against) myofunctional therapy .Gummy smile lasered. 10 year old silicon implant causing discomfort -would like to remove and not replace.unable to close mouth prior to implant. Mouth breathing -dry mouth causing enamel erosion and caries. Functionality and Improvement of profiles?

You may be a candidate for a small or extra-small chin implant. Your mentolabial fold appears well defined so a larger implant would not be appealing. More photos and a clinical exam would be helpful to provide better advice.
