Short upper lip Mouth breathing since childhood Strained mentalis muscle 6 years of braces which had to stop due reduction in root lenght upper central incisors(wrong tongue posture pushing against) myofunctional therapy .Gummy smile lasered. 10 year old silicon implant causing discomfort -would like to remove and not replace.unable to close mouth prior to implant.
