Thanks for your question.  There is absolutely no data suggesting laser hair removal has any adverse long term effects.  The FDA does not approve any aesthetic treatments with any long term complications.  Hair removal lasers are putting targeted heat superficially under the skin.  The energy is targeting hair follicles and not affecting any organs.  Best of luck.
