All These could be indicative of infection. You need to see your surgeon to rule out infection Usually most of swelling and discomfort after bone graft surgery should resolve after 3-5 days.  You should have improvement in your symptoms.  If things are not improving compared to days following your surgery, you should see your surgeon 

Ordinarily any bone graft procedure performed with any approach that enhances local regenerative (healing) response has less postoperative pain than if done without it. The fact that you experience pain and discomfort is an indication that there is something going on with what your tissues don't agree. Most likely an infection. We normally see our patients every few days following such procedures and if you are not scheduled for such follow up with your surgeon then you should call them ASAP and have your doctor evaluate you.
