Should I be worried my dental implant stitches came out in a couple days? (Photos)

I had a dental implant a month ago, my stitches came out in couple of days. Now the gum looks like it can’t get attached to each other because there is this little bump in between. I’ve attached photos for clarity. Should I be worried? Thank you in advance.

Stitches coming out is not a big deal after a month.  Keep rinsing your mouth with salt water to prevent infection. It looks like there is a little bump which can be some remnant inflammatory tissue or possibly an infection. I would definitely recommend you follow up with your surgeon to make sure you do not have an infection and everything is healing on the right track!
