Should I be worried my dental implant stitches came out in a couple days? (Photos)

I had a dental implant a month ago, my stitches came out in couple of days. Now the gum looks like it can’t get attached to each other because there is this little bump in between. I’ve attached photos for clarity. Should I be worried? Thank you in advance.
