I'm 22 and I absolutely hate my smile. I look like a weird mr Bean copy. What can I do to improve it, what the most eye catching flaws?

I would consider straightening your teeth either with braces or clear aligners. Also, I would suggest whitening your teeth. I think you will notice a great improvement with those two things. If you go the clear aligner route (Invisalgin, etc) you can also use those trays to whiten while you straighten your teeth.
