Can PRP make my hairs that are still in growth phase thinner?

27SEPTEMBER
I had 2 PRP treatments. I don't really have hair loss only a bit thinning in the temples I was not shedding al lot before and after PRP, but the hair structure looks like it changed and the existing hairs are lot thinner straight after the PRP treatments. What is happening? I am asian and my hairs are normally straight en thick but its seems like the PRP is doing something else than making them thicker? Can this be caused by DHT or testosterone in the PRP? Can somebody explain what is happening?
