In general, having dental implants does not prevent you from having facial laser resurfacing. The laser is treating the skin and dermal layers, while dental implants are positioned much deeper in the jawbone, so they typically don’t interfere with the resurfacing treatment or its results.

Having 26 implants is certainly something I would mention to your provider, though, especially if any of them were placed recently. The provider can take into account the specific laser being used, how deep the treatment will be, and where your implants are located.

I’d recommend having a consultation with an experienced laser provider who can evaluate your skin and discuss which resurfacing option would be appropriate for you. They can also make sure your dental work and healing history are taken into consideration before treatment.
