Great question--You are in your 3rd trimester which means your pregnancy is low risk for any oral lesions to have much effect on your baby. That said with your picture the lesion could be one of 2 things--it could be what is called a pregnancy granuloma--these are simply overgrowth of tissue in the mouth due to the hormonal influences while pregnant--they are usually left alone and disappear after delivery. The second and more likely diagnosis is that the bump is actually a swelling from infection from the tooth with the root canal. Root canaled teeth have a 95%of healing but sometimes some infection remains.I would consult with your OB and they will advise you whether to have the lesion examined by your dentist. An x ray is necessary to properly evaluate as well. If you do have your dentist examine it make sure that you are double draped and that they have the lower digital x ray exposure--your risk and the babies is very very low. They may recommend that if you are not in pain to simply wait until your life settles down after delivery.Good luck to you and the little one
