I had a bone graft almost 3 weeks ago and it looks like the areas are turning brown, Is this normal?

I clean four times a day with salt and water as instructed but it still looks like the area is dirty.

I recommend you to visit your doctor because that area have a color that is not normal and should not have them that way.

Those look like sutures over the graft sites. You should be able to have them removed by now. Go ahead and call your doctor and schedule to have the sutures taken out.
