Smooth/submuscular/silicone implants. Had a capsulectomy with strattice placed to correct capsular contracture about 8 weeks ago in right breast. Had drain for 3 days afterwards. While the implant has dropped some, it appears nearly as large, swollen, and firm as it did when the drain came out. How much swelling is normal with strattice and for how long? Could this be a small seroma? Or could a new thick capsule already be formed? My breast stayed larger & firmer during the first cc as well...
