Of course it is possible to fix your teeth. You have a few options, so here they are in no particular order.Option #1: Metal braces. Uncomfortable and cumbersome, but will likely do the job.Option #2: Invisalign. More cosmetic and would likely do just as good a job.Option #3: A combination of veneers and crowns. They would fix your teeth in 1-2 appointments. This option would provide instant results and last you about 20-30 years without the need for a life-long retainer, like braces. Good luck and I hope this helps. Follow me if you have more questions.Sarah Thompson, DMD
You can get beautiful results with properly performed orthodontics. You will need some dental arch development followed by straightening of your teeth. The reason your two upper front teeth look so large is because your two upper lateral incisors (the teeth next to your two center teeth) are too small. They are too small because of their retruded position. Once the teeth are all straight the gums will change and your two lateral incisors will look larger and more natural. It's important that you create the space you need to straighten your teeth by developing your dental arches NOT by extracting teeth.Good luck!

Based on your photos and my ten plus years of experience, I would highly recommend getting full zirconia crowns and a night guard to use when sleeping. You appear to have grinding issues, that subject your teeth to increased pressure and increased overall wear. Zirconia crowns have...
Hello there, Fortunately, your chip is very small, based on the photo you've provided. If you were in my dental chair, I would simply file the chipped tooth and the neighboring tooth, so that they would match. I would do this using my "high speed hand-piece." I would not...
