I see you as having two viable long term options. The first is orthodontics (braces), which you have said that you are not interested in doing. In addition, following the braces your central incisors would be the same size. The second option is porcelain veneers. By removing some tooth structure from the "outside" of these teeth you could have veneers placed that would make them more proportionate with the rest of your teeth. Many people have longer centrals compared to their laterals, some do not. I suggest seeing a dentist experienced in cosmetics, most can show a smile catalog with a design that you desire. There are basically 3 choices: shave down the edges to even them out (but the length to width ratio may be altered), braces to even out (pull the laterals down or intrude the centrals), or porcelain veneers.
