I Feel Very Dizzy After Cleaning my Nose from Rhinoplasty?

I had my my rhinoplasty surgery 2 weeks ago. Today I was cleaning out the blood crust left inside my nose. I did not go deep inside my nose, just a little bit in and pulled out the blood crusts. I did not get any bleeding or anything. I just felt dizzy and had a bit of a headache. I cleaned using an cotton buds. Why did this happen?

There are a number of ways to treat a boxy tip. They include some cartilage removal, sutures in the tip of the nose and sometimes even cartilage grafts to create more definition in areas of the nose.

The bump above is probably the upper edge of the nasal bone where the osteotomy to reduce the bridge stopped. We often smooth this down after the cut with a rasp, and it may sort out, though let your surgeon have a look.
