Do I have a fat face or a round face? (photos)

Question

I'm thin but my face is fat and ugly and no flexible expression or defined bone can somebody help me pls? I don't have an actual name of this problem

There are several options to help slim the face, with or without surgery.  Some of the results are temporary, others are permanent.  Please consult with a board certified specialist in the face who can help and guide you towards achieving the results you seek.  3-dimensional computer imaging can help you visualize the areas of concern as well as what you may look like afterwards.

Unfortunately the pictures are somewhat distorted due to the type of camera you used. You should be evaluated in person to assess what can be done to improve your appearance.
