Hi there,Although I have no other records to assess, judging by your photos your teeth look really nice and well aligned! If your braces have come off early and the case is complete with the result that was intended, then that is great news. However, if there is something that you are concerned about you should ask your treating orthodontist for the reason for this. In some cases braces are removed early due to one reason or another, and this is maybe something that your orthodontist has discussed with you. I am unable to comment on whether you are entitled to a refund, as this is something that would be specific to the dental office you were treated at and the agreement you originally formed with your orthodontist. I would recommend that you contact your orthodontic office to ask for their office policies on broken orthodontic appliances. Prices may vary from office to office. Hope this helps.
For a short time, the graft will work. But as time goes on, the gums will do what ALL gums do: follow bone. The best we can hope for is 5 mm from tip of bone. If bone has shrunk away, the graft won't work in the long run.Bioclear is the best thing to fill black triangles.
