6 days post eyeliner tattoo and microblading. Will eyelash growth serum affect my results? (photo)

I recently got my eyebrows microbladed and my eyeliner tattooed on,  and it hurt incredibly bad.  I have a very high pain tolerance.  I also feel like I have lost a lot of color.  Maybe,  once I go for my touch up,  it will look better.  I had it done 6 days ago.
