I am 24, one orthodontist suggests extraction while the dentist and other ortho say it is not a good idea from an aesthetic perspective. I'm not sure what to do? I have a 9-10 mm overjet and crowding of the 2 lateral incisors (being pushed back) also I have just removed my wisdom teeth, is there enough space to do it without extractions? I don't mind having an overjet as long as the teeth are aligned because my bite doesn't cause me much discomfort.
