I had my Relex Smile surgery 8 days ago (-1.7D both eyes). 1 or 2 days after surgery everything went well - I was even amazed how good I could see in the far distance. It seemed it corrected my vision to 0D. However from third day post surgery my vision got worsen. Now I have little bit double vision in my right eye. I used to have astigmatism on this eye -0.5CYL and now it seems it's back. My left eye is better (pre-surgery -0.25CYL) but not so clear as before. Will it heal somehow?
