Chance of regression/success for high hyperopia (+5.75 and +5.25 and astigmatism of +1.25) with a Non-wavefront Femto-Lasik?

1)Is the proposed laser the best/most expensive on the market? I've seen 1050hz laser exist. 2)Does latest research really show wavefront technology is not better for high hyperopia? 3)Why would he perform a Lasik surgery wih hyperopia higher than +5D. Often +3D/+4D seems to be the upper limit. Residual defects can be corrected also with accommodation but I'm sure this would cause headaches. What's the real chance of not having regression?
