Chance of regression/success for high hyperopia (+5.75 and +5.25 and astigmatism of +1.25) with a Non-wavefront Femto-Lasik?

1)Is the proposed laser the best/most expensive on the market? I've seen 1050hz laser exist. 2)Does latest research really show wavefront technology is not better for high hyperopia? 3)Why would he perform a Lasik surgery wih hyperopia higher than +5D. Often +3D/+4D seems to be the upper limit. Residual defects can be corrected also with accommodation but I'm sure this would cause headaches. What's the real chance of not having regression? Thank you very very very much in advance
