How should I monitor the settings my provider uses? What wavelengths should they use? What power settings should they use? What should it feel like and look like during, one hour after 4-8 hours after the next day and two days after? Nobody in my state or the states around me have much experience so I must watch over them. Please answer each question individually. (When you say just use picosecond) that doesn't answer my question on specific lasers. I've called every office in Oregon+.
