I have a full back piece with the top half mostly blackout as I had a cover up. I want to get the black out section removed. I've started sessions a few years ago and so far have had 9 sessions on the righ side and 3 on the left. The rightside is starting to worry me as I havent seen much of a difference in the last few sessions. I am using the picosure laser and am having 12 weeks between sessions. Is this normal and is it possible to get the remaining ink out?
