Is there any way to remove Ellanse filler from the jawline?

In August 2020 I had 4ml of Ellanse filler in my jawline. This was only supposed to last 2 years. 3 years later I can still see it. It is affecting my work as an actor, as people think I have tension in my jaw. It also feels heavy. I had 2 ml injected deep, then 2 injected "artificially". I would love for it to go away. I thought maybe liposuction may work? or radiofrequency? Help!
