What can be done to maintain and ensure longevity of 4 year old veneers? Can they be swapped for composite bonding? (photos)

Electric tb, floss, interdental floss, saliva spray, water flosser, retainer my daily routine and 6 month dental check ups. Got turkey veneers 4 years ago in my early 20s (100% veneers not crowns) cost me lots for daily anxiety. yes silly and I am paying for it! Please help what else can I do to maintain them and ensure they last longer? Shaving of the enamel was involved, is removal possible and have composite bonding?
