Could exercising to soon following a peel cause facial fat loss?

I got a medium depth face peel, the clinic never told me I couldn’t exercise. I went back to training for a marathon the next day, running every day for the next two weeks. Is it possible that this could have caused facial fat loss in my face? If so what would be a recommended solution, can micro needling help?

Hello and thank you for your question! 
Even at a medium depth peel, it should not penetrate deep enough to reach the subcutaneous of fatty tissue layer or effect it. Likely, the facial fat loss was caused by another reason such as high metabolic rate from training for the marathon. To address facial volume loss, injectables such as HA fillers or a biostimulator can be recommended. When you meet with an injector for consultation, they can help guide you on which option would be best based on your concerns, age etc.
