Does a low dose of Naltrexone represent any increased photosensitivity or melasma risk?

I have been undertaking Diode laser hair removal on my face (PCOS hirsutism) and after an enforced break want to continue. My doctor has suggested trialling LDN for other concerns. Does LDN represent any increased photosensitivity or melasma risk - either for natural sunlight exposure OR laser hair removal and how long would I have to suspend it before and after a laser treatment if it might cause either of these issues? I have sensitive skin which burns in the sun easily.
