Lumps in face a year after threads, what can I do to fix this? (Photos)

I had buffalo fat removal then 2 years later I got threads the first few times it was fine but last year lumps formed in my face around where the threads were inserted I have tried Morpheus from same provider but it has made them bigger massage has not helped either I also got steroid injections into them is there anything I can do
