Can Lowering My Higher Eyebrow To Match Lower Eyebrow Be Possible Surgically? (Photos)

I tried botox and it didnt help, which means its not a muscle related issue im guessing. Is it possible to lower my higher eyebrow to match the lower one surgically? Ive read on the internet that lowering an eyebrow is less common than lifting it, but is still possible. I’ve attached some photos. **the last photo is how I’d like my eyebrows to look**

Based on these photos, it appears that your asymmetry is not that significant that could not be treated with selected Botox application. You just need to find a knowledgeable plastic surgeon to do it; an injector may not be wright choice?
