Will Fractional Laser Lift Slight Eye Hooding? (Photo)

Hi, I’m considering Cutera Co2 fractional laser (not ablative) for my upper eyelids, as I’ve noticed some hooding and heaviness that has worsened over recent years. I’m currently 36 and I don't feel ready for an upper blepharoplasty yet. My question is - will fractional laser lift and tighten my upper lids? I’m hoping to delay surgery until I’m at least 40. Thanks so much for your help and advice.
