How quickly can I expect the FPHL to progress? (photos)

I have recently been diagnosed with recovering TE and FPHL. My question being how quickly can i expect the FPHL to progress? I was told im early on in the process it seems to have happened quickly over the last few years is it possible the TE just brought to light an issue that was already there and with my regrowth only starting in January that i havent fully recovered?

it’s difficult to say how quickly FPHL will progress. It depends on how much TE is present and what truly was the cause of the TE. If 90% of your hair loss is thought to be TE and 10 % AGA, it is more likely to progress slowly. If your TE trigger happened 4 months ago it means you are right in the middle of a TE and some recovery is possible. If your TE trigger happened 9 months ago, the TE is probably coming to and end and not too much more regrowth is likely. If you developed TE from a ferritin level plummeting to 2 you’ll likely have more recovery if you bring your ferritin up above 40 than if your TE trigger was from stress. Finally, if you treat your FPHL you may of course give yourself the best chance to stop the condition.
