Discoloration after Aqualyx

I had Aqualyx in Sept '23 on my outter thighs and after the initial swelling and bruising went away, I have been left with discoloration of the skin. The discoloration seems to be in the pattern of where the injections were placed (in a squared off pattern) and my left thigh still feels a bit lumpy deep within the tissue. I have had Aqualyx twice in this area previously (2 years prior to this session) with no issues. The colour can be anywhere from brown to purple on occasions.
