3 years post surgery pain after chin implant removal and sliding genioplasty. What could be the cause?

I had chronic aching feelings on and off and tightness from a chin implant that I had for 18 months. That was removed and a sliding genioplasty performed. Now I’m in chronic daily pain. All day, every day. Tight, sore and heavy feeling in my chin, like my chin muscle is pulled/ damaged. I can’t even move my mouth without tight feelings of pulling and tugging yet every surgeon in the uk says they have NEVER heard of this before?!? Why doesn’t anyone know what the problem is here?!
