I have a false tooth retainer in the front and I was told I need braces will the ortho put in a false tooth with my braces to have a natural smile

Since braces are about creating great smiles, orthodontists are very good at incorporating temporary tooth shaped (usually individual denture teeth matched to your shade) fillers to fill in gaps where teeth have been previously lost to trauma or other reason.  This keeps the smile looking good while the rest of the teeth are being moved.
