at first look it would appear that express 10 will not be adequate to completely correct your crowded teeth. That said, ask to see the clincheck to see what the final results will be--that will be an accurate representation of your final results. If not you can easily have the case converted to a longer term treatment program--Good Luck

If you have TMJ issues then those need to be evaluated before changes in your bite are made.  A full invisalign case will make changes in your bite.  An express case will only change the front teeth alignment without a big change in your bite. A full evaluation of your bite and how it realates to your muslces and TMJ can help you relieve the TMJ issues you have.  

You have fairly severe crowding.  There is no way Express 10 will accomplish your goals.  You will have to be diligent with retainers after your case is finished.

Based on your photo, it looks like your teeth are considerably crowded. You would benefit from comprehensive treatment over limited treatment, and therefore, invisalign full would be a better option for you than invisalign express 10. 

Dear rachel.l.32,Thank you for posting your question on Real Self.  I will do my best to answer your question with the information given.  The difference between Invisalign full treatment and Invisalign Express is the number of aligners provided to obtain optimal aesthetics and occlusion.  I recommend speaking with your doctor to discuss the results that you expect.  If you don't achieve the desired results with the express treatment, you can switch over to the full treatment.  You will have to discuss with your doctor the fees that are incurred with upgrade.  I hope this helps and good luck!Best, Dr. Jenn
