I started Invisalign treatment in April 2015 and all of a sudden I noticed these lumps under my lower lip. I will finish my Invisalign treatment but don't know what to do to get rid of these!!! I feel frustrated!!!

Great Question--Yes--call your dentist and have them get you in ASAP--they may make a simple retainer for you to wear or the last aligner may be adequate even with some slight movement. The temporary and new bridge will also benefit the stability. Good Luck!!
