Why did I get these bumps under my lower lip? (photos)

Question

I started Invisalign treatment in April 2015 and all of a sudden I noticed these lumps under my lower lip. I will finish my Invisalign treatment but don't know what to do to get rid of these!!! I feel frustrated!!!

I definitely would address this with your treating doctor. Sorry to hear that your are frustrated with this problem of lumps under your lower lip after starting invisalign treatment.   I can only give you posibilites that you will have to check out with your dentist.  You could be allergic to something?  Your lower lip maybe rubbing against the edge of the lower aligner or attachments that is casuing the lumps? You could be biting your lower lip unknowingly?  See if you have any habits that is causing the inside of the lower lip to rub against the lower aligner.  Hope this helps!  Good Luck!
