Could mesotherapy be helpful in treating gynecomastia . I mean the fibrous tissue not psudogynecomastia . Best regards

Mesotherapy is used to improve skin texture among its other uses. Mesotherapy may not be the best treatment to treat gynecomastia. Please contact a qualified provider with extensive experience in these procedures.

Mesotherapy will help reduce the fatty tissue in gynecomastia but will not reduce the fibrous or glandular part of breast.  This part would need surgery and/or liposuction to decrease the defect. Please see a board certified plastic surgeon for evalutiaon.
