Negative impact on face shape after 5 months of braces - will it go back to how it looked after braces removal? (photos)

I have had an overbite and misaligned teeth so i got braces 5 months ago. My teeth seem to be getting more aligned and in shape, but my face got very negatively impacted that everyone is commenting on my face changes thinking that i look tired. The noticeable changes are: 1)sunken eyes 2)cheeks are sagging down 3) my nose is pointing downwards 4) wrinkles around my mouth 5) i used to have sharp jawline 6)narrower face, so if i removed my braces now, will my face go back to how it used to be?
