Can a bad bite cause teeth mobility? I had an implant six month ago.

After my implant the doctor adjusted a flipper that was very uncomfortable since it pressured on the surrounding teeth instead of the implant site(then he released the pressure a little) a while afterwards he said i have generalized upper and lower mobility, my perio said it wasn’t bone loss or anything but it was from a bad bite, and after my surgery my bite did change a lot (possibly because of the flipper it was too thick maybe) do i need braces to adjust the bite and stabilize my teeth?
