I am really disappointed. I don't no why this is happening could you tell me if this is normal? I have tried to get back in touch with the technition but she won't reply

Hello and thank you for your question. It is typical for color to change in the following few weeks after microbladding. I suggest waiting 4-6 weeks after your initial treatment, you will likely need touch up after that.

It is normal to have the brows fade after your first appointment. Your physician should have offered you a retouching appointment one month after your initial procedure. If they did not, you should request one.
