Is this the beginning of male pattern baldness at 21? If so, which Norwood? (Photos)

Male, 21. I’ve been always losing hair, although recently hairloss became significant, I’ve also noticed that my front line has receded on the sides. This year I’ve also lost about 20kg (~~45lbs) so can this be somehow related to hair loss?

Do I have DUPA? Or am I losing hair all over my scalp due to disease or other issue? (Photos)

In general we expect to see SOME miniaturized hairs in all parts of the scalp. From these photos, I do not see anything concerning. I would consider anything greater than 20-25% miniaturization as something to investigate but these pictures are definitely less than 20%. I hope this helps.
