When can I ride a bike, lift weights and run after Mohs Surgery with a skin graft on nose?

This is a physician-specific question which you need to ask your Mohs surgeon. Most would probably say "once you know the graft has taken" or "shortly after the sutures are removed". These answers are assuming the post-operative course is uneventful.
