So I had braces already as a child, and do still wear my retainers so my teeth are aligned ok. But my issue is with my overall arch, the arch is pretty narrow when compared to my overall smile. I have fairly large buccal corridors, and would love to have something done to widen my smile so that more teeth occupy the front of my mouth. What are the best options that exist? I’ve been to orthodontists that tell me I don’t need anything and to live with it :/, so not sure what to do or ask for.
