Breast reduction with previous lump removed - superomedial pedicle reduction or inferior? (Photo)

I have G sized breasts with nipple lying below. I had a fibroadenoma removed from superomedial part of right breast 5 years ago. Now i want to go for breast reduction. I consulted few doctors. Some are saying we can do superomedial pedicle reduction some are saying inferior. I am really confused which is better considering my case.How can i be sure superomedial wll work for me ?

At size 32, each 100 grams removed corresponds to 1 cup size change. To go from a G and to C would be 4 cup size, which would be 400 grams removed. You may or may not qualify. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
