My midline seems to keep shifting towards the right, is there any way to stop that?

Hey, from the pictures you've posted seems like you have an underbite as well as a midline deviation. I have treated many patients with similar problems using Invisalign. It works very well. I would suggest visiting an Orthodontist for an Invisalign consult.

yes you will need braces. Many times teeth will shift back to their original position if the retainer is not used regularly.
