Is the 'Contour Light' (LED red light therapy) machine an effective fat loss treatment?

I don't live in the USA and will be flying into San Francisco from Dubai for as many treatments as i can fit in a week for the most effective weight loss. If you dont recommend ContourLight, can you recommend the best series of fat loss treatments i can have in a 1 week period? Also is it advised to get laser like lipo(heating up fat cells) &cryotherapy within the same week, would that cancel out the effectiveness of each other? I am 5"8 & 190lbs, areas of concern are waist down and upper arms.
