Can hair just start popping out?

I had a head massage done while I was in Sri Lanka on holiday. I came back home and after 4 days I noticed hairfall for the first time. After that, my hair has been falling a lot all of a sudden. I feel itchy and tingly on my scalp, and can feel a plucking feeling then hair falls out. Got all tests done including thyroid function. All normal. This has happened to me for the first time and I'm freaking out!! Since the last 2 weeks it has fallen a lot and some patches are now visible. Pls help!

Hair is dead, so you really cannot "suffocate" the hairs. You can use concealers safely. If you have issues see a doctor for an exam.

If you have male pattern balding it would likely show the balding in a typical "pattern". Otherwise it would be just guess work.  You need to see a doctor for an exam.

Avodart, like many drugs, are metabolized by the liver. This does not mean these drugs are harmful unless you have an underlying liver condition.

If you have traction alopecia, the hairs may not grow back. Give it about one full year to see if your hair will grow back.

Masturbation does not cause hair loss. If you still believe this to be the case you can try stop masturbating.  If you believe you have a problem with masturbation or hair loss see a doctor.

It depends on who you ask and who you believe. Some say lasers or LED do not work. Some say it does.  It probably will not harm you other than the cost involved.
